Is there a charge to try on gowns?
This is a one off charge of $20 for an hour appointment - there is no limit on the number of dresses you can try on.

Do I need to book to try on gowns?
We operate by appointment only to offer our Brides to be the privacy and the opportunity to take your time to browse, try on and choose the perfect wedding gown and accessories. Please email, phone or text us to book your time.  Currently Ruby Bridal is open during the weekends only.

When should I start looking?
Don't leave it too late to start looking - wedding dresses take between 4 and 20 weeks to order.  Most are available on a rush order service if you have left it a bit late!

How can I pay for my gown?
A deposit is required to place your order and the balance is payable when the gown is ready. Lots of payment options are available.

How much do our wedding dresses cost?
At Ruby Bridal our Wedding gowns are priced from $700 and most are under $1800.  We also have some discontinued styles significantly reduced from $350.

What sizes are your gowns available in?
All gowns are available from size 2 to size 30. They are also available in a a wide range of colours too.
